Account Manager - IT Salesforce Consultancy (Full or Part Time / Flexi-Hours)
£25,000 - £28,000 FTE (Pro Rata for Part time) + Flexi-Hours, Home-Working + Pension and Bonus Scheme
Excellent opportunity for a commercially-focused B2B relationship builder (preferably from the IT industry) to join a trusted Salesforce partner consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon existing relationships (no cold calling) which can be offered on a Full or Part-time basis with flexible hours to fit around life commitments.

The Account Manager Opportunity:
As Account Manager you will play a critical role within our fast growing Salesforce consultancy business with a great reputation. Reporting to the MD, and working closely with our Sales Manager and Consultants, you will be responsible for managing and selling to our existing accounts. Building relationships will be critical - across the organization and with customers, and you will be instrumental in growing the business.
You will have a background in Account Management or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
We are a hardworking but friendly team with great technical and business skills. Our office is in Winchester city centre within walking distance to amenities and the station.
Account Manager Main Responsibilities:
+ Identify, develop and win new business across our existing account base.
+ Own the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities, writing generic and bespoke proposals, securing orders, to the efficient handover to delivery team
+ Work across a range of B2B target sectors
+ Have an excellent understanding of our service offering
+ Build strong customer relationships with key personnel
+ Build great relationships with our team of Consultants to enable a good understanding of customer business and potential new business
+ Respond quickly to all enquiries from Customers
+ Achieve targets set by Management
+ Office based with some travel locally and nationally to customers. Some homeworking possible.
+ Work with Consultants to increase and maintain our high customer satisfaction levels with existing clients and work with Operations to feed this back to Salesforce.
+ Work with Sales, Consultants and Operations to identify resource for projects. Monitor the pipeline and identify future potential recruitment requirements, work with the Operations Manager to recruit as necessary.
+ Identify potential for new licence sales, thereby increasing our Salesforce Partner status
+ Take an active part in developing a planned Sales and Marketing Approach
+ Background in Account Management or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
+ Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious
+ Excellent B2B sales & negotiation skills face to face and on telephone
+ Experience in the IT industry, CRM or Salesforce knowledge an advantage
+ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
+ Natural ability to build and nurture customer relationships
+ Honesty and integrity are our core values and should drive all that you do
+ Confidence to engage up to senior level management internally and within customers
+ Full UK driving licence
+ A base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience and hours agreed
+ Bonus payable on financial performance
+ Many of our team have flexible working hours and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work shorter days or less days per week to be agreed with management
+ There is also the opportunity for some homeworking after the initial period
+ Based in our centrally located office – walking distance from Winchester’s main shopping and tourist centre and train station
