Job title: Purchasing Administrator
Location: St Neots

To provide exceptional support within their Purchasing Administration Team. Answering Telephones, Provide service cover for the entire team, adaptable and flexible

Qualifications/Experience Essential:

- Previous Purchasing Experiences of 2 years or more
- Experience in telephone duties
- Office administration
- Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent standard in education including Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
- Intermediate IT skills on MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately and as part of a team.

Exchequer and CRM Dynamics experience, although full training will be provided.

Job dimensions9-5 Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities

- Supplier Delivery Dates updating on Exchequer
- Chasing of Outstanding Order Confirmations
- Chasing of Overdue items
- Manage own Suppliers within the team incl. all aspects of their orders, chasing, Purchasing etc.
- Assist with Daily Purchasing Run
- Learn other areas of Purchasing - Smart Sheets, excel uploads, Purchase Returns & Non-Conformance Shelf etc.
- Answering the Telephones in a polite and efficient manner.

If time allows:
- Learn other team members' roles to assist in covering for sickness and holiday for seamless Customer service:
o Sales Order Processing, Customer Delivery Notifications, Invoicing, Email enquiries,, PDNs, Returns, Purchasing etc
- General Office Administration
