Are you passionate about seeking, establishing and nurturing influencer relationships on behalf of brands?

Do you want to help brands overcome the challenges of an ever-changing influencer and partnerships landscape?
Working into an Audience Director you will join a dynamic Audience Team responsible for reaching and engaging audiences - through media, social, influencer and partnerships. We are looking for a self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to guide the future influencer and partnerships offering at the agency.
Note: currently, the focus is on social influencers - we want someone proficient in this but who has an appetite to build on this offering.
You will be working with existing clients to establish and implement robust influencer activity as well as leading on influencer for new business activity and pitching.
Influencer & Partnerships Manager Experience and Capabilities Sought:
+ Experienced and professional client handler and communicator. This is a relationship building role - with both clients and influencers
+ Experienced and a clear understanding of the role of influencer and partnerships for brands
+ Experienced in using a range of tools to understand audience social behaviours, such as social listening, influencer tracking and reporting tools to build insights
+ Confident in developing and implementing effective influencer campaign strategies and plans, monitoring and optimising towards agreed KPIs
+ Passionate about best practices and be able to advise clients on a host of options to achieve results (e.g. white listing)
+ You are experienced in planning in line with client objectives and channel and industry trends
+ Always looking to generate learnings and recommendations based previous results
+ Clear understanding of influencer/partner tracking methodologies and techniques – with the ability to create concise and insightful reports
+ Best practice and innovation is at the heart of everything you do
In your current role you might be: Planning and implementing influencer campaigns, generating reports and showcasing the impact of influencer, nurturing long-term relationships - you will have a growing 'little black book', staying up-to-date with influencer best practice and innovation, sharing your findings with colleagues and clients

In your current role you might be: Client-facing, part of a multi-disciplinary team, write and present your own presentations (plans, strategies and reports), juggling multiple clients and objectives, get stuck-in across both planning and implementation.
