Vehicle Sales Manager (Automotive) - Leading Dealership Group| Exeter, EX2 | £60,000 OTE + Excellent Company Benefits + Training & Development

++ We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to run our new, state of the art showroom in Exeter. Motor industry experience and a first-class customer service ethos are crucial for this role ++

We are a privately owned, family company that has been operating in Southern England for over half a century currently representing a network of 45 franchised dealerships and 5 stand alone Approved Servicing Centres.

The Group employs almost 850 members of staff across Berkshire, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Somerset, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire. Not to mention, our leasing division which is available for personal or business contract hire agreements on any make or model.

The Sales Manager Role:

You will be responsible for looking after all aspects of our new and used cars sales including F&I and all group and Lexus UK reporting. This is a new role and the successful candidate will possess the ability to take their team to the next level of performance. Reporting to the General Manager you will be involved in every aspect of management and delivering excellent customer service. We offer a high basic salary and generous bonus package. Working hours applicable for the role:

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm with an hour for lunch (day off in the week)
Saturday 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
