The home is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in Thetford, Norfolk and is close to public transport links, as well as local shops and amenities. This home boasts an excellent activities programme, residents happily pursue their hobbies in various communal and quiet lounges dotted throughout the home. Staff morale at the home is very high. We are looking for a caring and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join an award-winning, forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Thetford. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents including palliative end of life care and residents who are physically frail. This versatile home provides personalised care packages for a range of care needs including residents with Dementia. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and like-minded Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Clinical Lead to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
