Salary: £34,928 - £37,614 per annum

Full time 37 hours per week, permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer to work in our Development Control team. The post holder will need to be able to provide an effective development control advisory service relating to determination of planning applications, pre application advice, appeals and enforcement.

A relevant degree, and member of or eligible for membership of the RTPI is essential along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Development Control and dealing with major planning applications and appeals.
