Night Nurse or Senior Carer with SVQ level 3 and above. Here is an opportunity to run a night care team ensuring the highest levels of care are delivered. As a night nurse you will have the autonomy, with the support and close working relationship of the manager, to develop the skills of the night care team, using your personal and professional experience to make sure those we care for have all the support they need. You will be responsible for: Delivering and reviewing medication. Developing the care team through appraisal and supervision. Writing and reviewing care plans. Planning and organising staff duties to ensure everyone’s needs are met. The person for this position must be: Motivated to ensure that high quality care and support is provided to those we look after. Work well as part of a close team with an interest in sharing knowledge. Be registered with the NMC or SSSC. Benefits. The benefits of this position are: A flexible rota. An entry hourly rate of £14.53 for a nurse which is negotiable based on experience. An entry hourly rate of £10.30 for an SVQ level 3 which is negotiable based on experience.
