What will this role of Lead Generation Marketing Executive entail?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as a Lead Generation Marketing Executive you’ll take on a new and exciting role designed to take the business to the next level by generating fresh business opportunities. Following comprehensive training and support, you’ll have a dual focus.
Firstly, you will be researching potential leads, working out who is the key contact and how best to contact them, using a variety of platforms. You’ll then establish the best methods to reach out to the key contact, develop prepared content to get in touch, and then reach out and make initial contact. You’ll record information on our centralised CRM system and then work closely with the Sales Team who will pick up the ongoing relationships.
The second part of your role will allow you the opportunity to undertake a wider variety of marketing tasks including creating website content and assisting with product management.
This role and the business in general really are what you make of it, and as you help realise the business’s ambitious growth plans a bounty of career paths in a variety of areas will become available to you.
What will I need to be considered for this Lead Generation Marketing Executive vacancy?
* Either a degree in marketing or some experience in a marketing position
* An outgoing personality with a natural flair for building relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
* A passion for hitting and exceeding targets with strong organisational and time management skills
* Strong IT literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
* A proactive and ambitious attitude, with a positive “can do” attitude

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000, level dependent on experience. Salary potentially negotiable for successful applicants with substantial experience.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, with the ability to work flexibly around your home life
