Salary £17,787 - £20,448 + £3659 HCAS

Please be aware that any appointment towards the middle or upper end of this salary range will be subject to experience and particularly any current relevant NHS experience and banding.

We are looking for a Temporary Staffing Administrator to join the team.

Bromley Healthcare has a great opportunity for you to join us to work with the team responsible for ensuring high fill rates for temporary worker shifts across the organisation.

You will ensuring shifts are filled with temporary cover by way of Bank or Agency staff, this is a fast paced critical role within Bromley Healthcare.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be dealing with staff at all levels across the organisation and externally on a daily basis. You will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills, as well as experience of working in a busy office environment in a customer facing environment. You should have an organised and methodical approach, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will need to be able to deal with the priorities and deadlines associated with filling temporary shifts as well as dealing with a large number of queries to the department.

  • Ideally you will have experience of booking temporary staff within the NHS using Allocate, Health Roster & Bankstaff.
  • Excellent IT skills are essential for this role.
  • Good relationship building skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet will be needed to be a success in this key position.
