This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and proven leader who will be committed to further developing two of our flagship services.

The Gynaecology and Breast departments are acclaimed services for UCLH, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual with experience of general management, to support and develop these clinical services. Running all aspects of the services to the highest standards will be required including the areas of quality assurance, staff management, service delivery, service development, financial management and clinical governance. This post requires extensive interaction with the commissioning bodies for both services, and an understanding of the wider strategic framework. To help you succeed you will be fully supported by professional and dedicated clinical and administrative teams.

As a highly motivated manager with proven managerial experience, ideally within a healthcare setting, you will need display strong leadership qualities and have a proven track record of delivering high performance across the areas you have managed.
