An opportunity has arisen to for a Band 5 Nurse to join the Camden & Islington's, North Islington Rehab and Recovery Team.
The service aims to engage and treat service users with severe and enduring Mental Illness, who have a range of health and social care needs.
Although the successful post holder will act as care co-ordinator for a defined group of clients, the service utilises a team approach and has a flexible multidisciplinary team structure.
This post ideally suits a Band 5 Nurse with experience of supporting individuals (and their families) with psychotic illness in a community setting. Other development activities include peer support, regular supervision and participation on-going professional development.
