Global Reward Manager (Workday HR Systems and HR Transformation)

Capita Group PLC is currently going through a significant and exciting period of transformation. The group HR function is embarking on a large scale, global transformation programme which covers a variety of initiatives such as, systems, process and people changes. Transforming and implementing these initiatives will fundamentally make Capita an engaging and great place to work. Theere is a need for a Reward Manager with experience of using Workday or implementing Workday Compensation.

The nature of the role - You will be responsible for creating job families in conjunction with implementing job functionality. You will also be responsible for implementing a Rewards and Benefit strategy, coupled with project managing a Benefits Portal upgrade, implementing Workday. Additionally, your role will also be responsible for driving and improving Operational Excellence across group, and the uptake and adoption of a new sales incentive tool.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience implementing global HR change initiatives. You will also ideally have experience of defining reward practices (similar to the above) within a large, fast-paced company environment and possess strong experience of working on Reward Systems and implementing Systems such as Workday. This role will require you to have experience of Project Managing HR Systems implemenations for Reward.
