Could you be a Meet & Greet Volunteer at
Musgrove Park Hospital?
We are looking for volunteers to offer a warm welcome to patients, relatives and visitors at the Main Entrances and other main waiting areas.
Meet and Greet Volunteers will also offer information about the hospital and assist to direct to various wards and departments. Our volunteers will happily escort and support those people who require a little extra help.
Hospitals can be a daunting and confusing place; a warm smile and an offer to help can make a huge difference.
Would you be willing to offer 2 – 3 hours per week?

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
