We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Lead Nurse to join the Diabetes Teams based at London Northwest University Healthcare NHS Trust. You will lead, manage and work with a team of Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Nurses. You will also work closely with the Consultant Paediatricians, Dietitians community and ward nurses.

London Northwest University Healthcare NHS Trust provides specialist diabetes services for children both in the Acute and Community setting across Brent, Harrow and Ealing.

As well as Nurse led clinics for the children and young people with diabetes we provide Multidisciplinary clinics, insulin pump support and transition to adult services.

The ideal candidate will enjoy the work of paediatric specialist diabetes services that are provided in an acute and community setting, have a strong team work ethic, a sense of accountability, leadership and autonomy and be a visionary with regard to maintaining and developing the diabetes service for the future. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance our team.
