Our small and growing specialist client is seeking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.
Duties Include:
* All aspects of invoices. Collecting figures from the enquiries team, raising around 40 invoices a month (annual and monthly). Keeping up to date records of companies invoicing details and invoices raised on a month to month basis.
* Contacting companies regarding overdue invoices. Raising interest invoices for customers who pay late.
* Proficient user of QuickBooks.
* Updating monthly credit card accounts.
* Finance assistance to include company car, self-assessment, end of year accounts.
* Eventually taking on all aspects of payroll, working with head of Ops manager to pay VAT, Corporation tax correctly and on time.
* Familiar with Nest Pensions to help Ops manager to maintain the pensions for the staff.
* Part time hours, flexible to suit the right person, 2/3 days a week between Monday and Friday (9am-5pm)
* Payment package to be discussed based on hours, experience etc.
