Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the role is the processing and final production of direct mail campaign files, general CRM data production and the execution of client de-dupe/suppression routines. This will be delivered through excellent facilitation of requirements and the successful completion of all designated work. All work will need to be completed to schedule, to specification, and on budget. We are looking for a highly organised individual with critical attention to detail, a self-starter who is able to work well both using their own initiative and as part of a team.
Primary Tasks:
The key tasks will be the following;
* Preparation of client mailing files, including all suppression, deduping and data processing
* Running MatchIT solution routines against client mailing files (suppression & deduplication etc)
* Maintaining software systems and suppression files
* Ensuring all processing is to specification, follows the brief and is delivered ontime.
* Adhere to thorough QC checks on all output files and on all processes.
* Liaising with Client Management to ensure that campaign data is on schedule
* Control the quality of all data received and exported to and from Clients and third parties with clear receipting procedures and documentation
* Maintaining compliance procedures and documentation
* Importing & Exporting data from databases

* Support other CRM projects
* Supporting Emarketing campaigns as and when required

Experience, Competences & Attributes (Necessary)
* High level of numeracy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail is essential as well as a keen eye for quality control checks
* Ultra organized, thorough and observant
* Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and to strict deadlines.
Experience, Competences & Attributes (Advantageous)
* Experience of SQL would be very advantageous, as this will facilitate the understanding and structure of our data processing routines.
* Experience of working with MatchIT software suite (or similar data processing/deduplication packages)
* Experience of FastStats (or similar analytics packages)
* Prior experience of working agency side
* Comprehensive experience of data processing routines and suppression management
* Experience of marketing principles & primary data analysis
