The Role
Working in a busy team, supporting your dedicated Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient admin support to achieve agreed client objectives and the smooth day-to-day running of all activities. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate excel, administrative and operational support to the account management team.
* Assist in the preparation and production of presentation material and client results..
* Communicate to field, head office, client and supplier personnel in a professional, efficient and appropriate manner.
* Help support the call Centre manager in the set-up, execution and wrap up of call Centre activities.
* Undertake additional tasks, call coverage or projects where required.
About You
* Excellent communication skills.
* Able to work at a fast pace and prioritise your day accordingly.
* Strong IT skills with advanced Excel skills.
* Team player.
* Strong organisation skills and can manage multiple tasks at once
