A cross functional Oracle ERP Principal Consultant with expertise on Project Accounting, Financial Suite & SCM Modules.
Responsible for analysing business procedure for end-to-end Delivery Management covering the full project initiation and life cycle: lead management, qualification for bid/financing, staffing, client management, delivery and execution governance - clarify clients’ requirements and to define the scope of the IT project or programme
Undertakes feasibility studies to identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification, incorporating costs and benefits, and presents proposals to clients
Analyses software requirements defines solution parameters and specifications; advises client on potential solutions.
Conduct formal workshops with the client to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needs
Provides advice in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems and their environments
Produce the estimations of the solution and involved in the high-level planning and implementation methodology of the project.
Examines existing business models, flows of data and designs functional specifications and test plans for new systems in order to meet clients’ needs
Strong technical development skills on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions).
Strong experience in Data conversion/integration from Legacy systems and external systems into Oracle Applications using PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, ODI etc
Leads the function design process. Facilitates design workshops.
Requires Software Development Lifecycle experience.
Able to apply professional mastery and industry-wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to develop solutions in leading edge or critical situations.
Coordinate with the product team to provide inputs for future enhancement of the product.
Extensively involved in developing Data migrations documents: Functional Design Documents (CV40), Technical Design Documents (CV60) using Application Implementation Methodology(AIM) and Oracle Unified Methodology(OUM) including technical documentation for conversions
Ideal candidate will have
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science or any field of Engineering
12+ years’ experience in software industry, in a consultancy capacity on customer sites across Europe.
Business skills - Project Accounting, Financial suite and SCM modules.
Develop construction industry Custom Solutions – Customer Billing, Sub-Contractor Management and Plant & Fleet solutions.
Design/Architect the CV.015 Migration Strategy Document for all Standard Oracle modules & any Custom Bolt-on’s
Experience of liaising with clients to analyse business procedure, clarify clients’ requirements and define the scope of existing software, hardware and network provision
Experience of working with clients to implement new systems, such as Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud Applications implementation & Migration
Experience of working with client or senior management to establish and clarify the aims, objectives and technical requirement of end-to-end Delivery
Experience of producing the estimations of the solution in the high-level planning and implementation methodology of a project plans, reviews actions and amends plans as necessary
Demonstrable skills on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions).
Experience of feasibility studies for major IT developments incorporating costs and benefits, and presenting proposals to clients
Experience in Data conversion/integration from Legacy systems and external systems into Oracle Applications using PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, ODI etc
Experience of researching, analysing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure and performance
Experience of developing Data migrations documents: Functional Design Documents (CV40), Technical Design Documents (CV60) using Application Implementation Methodology(AIM) and Oracle Unified Methodology(OUM) including technical documentation for conversions
Understand PaaS and IaaS offerings
Design OTBI, FRS Reports
Experience of leading the function design process
Experience of analysing software requirements, defining solution parameters and specifications
Domain expertise in Construction industry.
Nice to have Pharmaceutical & Retail industry domain expertise.
Nice to have being part of designing and building Custom Bolt.
