This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a proactive role in risk management where you’ll have the chance to support our senior management team and make a tangible difference within our organisation. You will have the drive and enthusiasm to collaborate with and influence colleagues at all levels of the business.

As a Junior Risk and Controls Analyst, you will help to identify, manage and minimise operational risks within Premium Credit.

In this varied role, you will be part of our first line of defence to protect Premium Credit and our customers. You’ll liaise with colleagues across the business to review processes, identify and understand risks and implement controls to effectively manage them.

Additionally, you will:

- Assess and track emerging risks

- Work with the QA Team to ensure that controls are effective and regularly updated
- Review data on incidents within the business and identify why they happened
- Help to produce management information

Interested? To be considered, you will need:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Focused and pragmatic, as a Junior Risk and Controls Analyst, you’ll have a fantastic eye for detail, a logical approach to problem-solving and great time-management abilities.

Experience in financial services would be beneficial to your application, but this isn’t essential. Knowledge of controls and how these are used to manage corporate operational risk would also be an advantage.
