Pre-Sales Technical Support Manager – Norwich, Norfolk – £20-24k

This is a superb opportunity to join a successful SaaS Business based in Norwich.

Role responsibilities:

Run implementation calls with clients to get the free trial set-up process kicked-off.

Support the client during the implementation phase to ensure the trial is set-up efficiently and speedily.

Actively work on building a secondary relationship with the client during the implementation process.

Proactively follow-up with clients

Answer incoming support questions from emails, website contact requests and tickets from prospective new clients

Manage the admin around all active free trials and keep impeccable records of all client communication.

Role requirements:

Strong phone presence and relationship building skills.

Willingness to work shifts to cover US hours including 12pm to 8pm

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, you will be a part of the sales team so communications must compliment the messaging delivered by the sales team.

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs - you will require an in-depth knowledge of software solutions and how to implement them.

Some working knowledge of javascript is essential.

Strong listening and problem solving skills
