Urgent Requirement – Central Cambridge

1st Line Support - £9-£12 per hour

I currently have an urgent need for a temporary 1st Line support engineer to join my client in the educational sector. They require someone for a minimum of 4-8 weeks and could very well be offered a permanent position in the new year providing they are happy with your performance.

A successful applicant need to have knowledge of:

Basic software/hardware knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft office (ideally O365)
Experience in a helpdesk environment or knowledge of a ticking system and know how to escalate tickets
Great telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills

We are looking to host interview this week for a start date of Monday 29th October.
