Domus are currently working with a highly reputable nationwide provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and autism to recruit for a Service Manager in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

You will be overseeing 3 supported living services across Milton Keynes (MK1/ MK14/ MK10 postcodes) for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

They are paying £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of running the home including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances and management of medication.
• Ensuring adherence to all CQC fundamental standards.
• Communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
• Training, developing and motivating staff through example and attention to good working practice.

The ideal candidate:

• Will be a driver due to the multi-site nature of the role.
• A Professional Qualification/NVQ Level 5 (or working towards an NVQ 5).
• Minimum of four years' experience within the learning disability or mental health sector.
• Minimum of three years' management experience in the sector (ideally supported living - residential will also be considered).
