An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated senior staff nurse to join our friendly team. We are looking for a dynamic experienced nurse, who is confident, has excellent communication skills and some experience of leading at ward level. We have both Full and Part time positions available. We are offering a £2000 sign on bonus to all registered nurses. We welcome Informal visits.

Spire Clare Park is an elective hospital situated in Farnham and has recently been rated as good by the CQC. We are looking to recruit to our Surgical Ward which consists of 32 beds. We offer a range of surgical specialties which includes; Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic, Urology and ENT. Spire Clare Park also has a recently opened endoscopy suite. Duties and responsibilities

As a Senior Staff nurse at Clare Park, you will be looking after a small number of surgical patients. You will also undertake the Nurse in Charge role and support the junior workforce and Ward and Deputy Ward managers with their duties. We have a flexible shift pattern and you will be expected to join a weekend rota, which is fair and flexible.

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse, who is patient focused with a desire to provide extremely high standards of patient care and customer service. Willing to learn and looking to constantly improve themselves, the team and the services provided by department.
