An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse ( RMN or RNLD ) to join a gender sensitive female only Mental Health Unit based in Accrington, Lancashire as a Senior Nurse. This purpose built Unit provides specialist residential, recovery-focused treatment and care services for women experiencing severe and complex personality disorders. This warm and compassionate specialist Unit offers a welcoming and supportive environment offering 24-hour person centered care to service users with a range of complex and multifaceted mental health conditions. The service is ideally situated in a pretty, quiet residential area in Accrington, Lancashire and is close to public bus and train transport links, as well as local shops and amenities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse ( RMN or RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in Accrington. As a Senior Nurse you will responsible for Band 5 Nurses, Support Workers and Care Assistant staff. All successful applicants will be given the opportunity to undertake an accredited Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) course and qualification. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the service uses and are looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join. Previous Senior Nursing experience is not essential for this position. Experienced Nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse ( RMN or RNLD both considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in.
