Job Introduction MCGARRY FASHION, the digital agency that isn’t one of those we-work-with-anyone generalists, is looking for a passionate Paid Media Specialist. Join our core Dundee team that works alongside other McGarry Fashion employees globally (who quit their previous agency jobs for better work-life balance). This role involves working with high street fashion brands, going toe-to-toe with multi-brand retailers in the battle for traffic and sales! The purpose of the role is to assist in the development and implementation of Paid Media strategy so that we target the right audience, at the right time, with the right message for all our clients. Role Responsibility Working with clients around the world, you will devise and implement PPC campaigns across Google and Bing, working within clients’ budgets to meet their objectives and deliver against KPIs. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of PPC campaigns, from keyword research, copy development and ad set up, to monitoring, optimisation and bid management. Produce regular analysis of paid media campaigns, reporting internally and to clients on the performance of campaigns against KPIs, and presenting recommendations for campaign improvement. You must have a proven ability to fully understand clients’ needs and audiences and to clearly grasp what triggers sales of their products and services. The Ideal Candidate Has a minimum of 2 years Paid Media experience. Is able to work as part of a team to deliver creative solutions using a proactive approach with the ability to see the bigger picture. Ideally has a wider knowledge of paid-for digital marketing, including social media advertising across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin. Should preferably be Google AdWords certified and Analytics qualified. Must be passionate about new technology and data and have the skill to make them into new marketing strategies and creative ideas. Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships. Ability to work well under pressure or to time critical deadlines. Very good communicator, comfortable with presenting to clients. Highly skilled in analytics and problem solving, with a keen eye for attention to detail. Must have experience of managing budgets. Doesn’t have to be a fashionista, so don‘t let that put you off. Technical skills are more important. Can hold a conversation about the pulse of the Paid Media industry and your last big win. Wants to learn and grow with our company.
