Location: Halstead, Essex

Salary: £33,150 per annum (£17 p/hour) excellent benefits

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Unit Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Halstead, Essex. The home is ideally situated in the pleasant town of Halstead and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This bright and modern purpose-built care home boasts excellent facilities including a hair salon, cinema room and a coffee shop for residents to relax and socialise. The home offers a warm and welcoming environment for both the residents and their families. Staff morale at the home is high.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their highly reputable nursing homes in Halstead. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities, as well as specialist dementia care. This role is to work as a Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) within a brand-new unit opening in the service. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the unit at all times.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous management experience within a similar environment is essential for this position.
