Hospital Director - Mental Health
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Director to lead the teams at our client's busy Mental Health Inpatient and Outpatient facility based in the comfortable outer suburb of Southgate, North London, zone 4 on the Piccadilly tube line into Central London.
The Hospital Director has accountability for the financial and operational performance of the hospital.
The role leads the on site Senior Management Team (SMT) consisting of Director of Clinical Services, Support Services Manager, Medical Director and Therapy Services Manager.

The evidence-based interventions are delivered by leading psychiatrists, counselling, clinical and consultant psychologists, and other highly trained mental health specialists.
Extensive Hospital Management experience with a sound knowledge of the Mental Health sector.
Post-graduate Management qualification.
A proven track record in successful; Business Development, Financial & Strategic Planning, setting targets, objectives and KPI's.
Experience with Care Quality Commission (CQC) legislation.
