Salary: £27,000-£36,000 per annum (£15.69 per hour) excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate Clinical lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a beautiful nursing home in Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe. The home is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and is close to public transport links, as well as local shops and amenities. This warm and compassionate nursing home offers a welcoming and inviting environment for the residents and their families. This home boasts an excellent activities programme, residents happily pursue their hobbies in various communal and quiet lounges dotted throughout the home. Staff morale at the home is very high and are proud to have achieved a 5/5 'Good' CQC. We are looking for a caring and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join an award-winning, forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Sutton on Sea. The dedicated Care team offers residential care to those who needs help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and for those living with dementia we provide both residential and nursing care. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and like-minded Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Clinical Lead to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
