Registered Home Manager, Bradford, Yorkshire
Salary - £55k - £60k per annum - negotiable

Experts2care are recruiting an exceptional Registered Home Manager for this large Nursing Home which offers a range of specialist care for residents, ranging from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s care, to care for stroke victims. The home is modern and purpose built in a residential area close to Bradford City Centre. The home is part of a medium sized, privately owned care home group which is currently going through an exciting period of expansion, recently adding 20 new homes to their ever growing portfolio. This key role would suit an experienced Nursing Home Manager with experience of successfully leading a large team.

Main duties for Registered Home Manager:

You will be responsible for all aspects of running the home and provide an innovative, active, and progressive care service, utilising best practice guidelines , while ensuring residents safety and welfare is of paramount importance at all times.
You will manage the Home in accordance with policies and legislative requirements to agreed budgets and provide a caring environment that meets the individual needs of residents.
You will head up a large team of staff and take responsibility for the wellbeing of all residents, the quality of the service and financial performance of the home.
You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the home remains fully compliant and provides the best quality care.

Main Requirements for Registered Home Manager:

Ideally you will possess a Nursing qualification: RGN, RMN, RNLD but those with NVQ L5 will be considered if they have the right experience.
Strong, clear leadership skills and staff management experience are essential to be successful in this role.

You will have previous, recent experience managing Nursing Home and good networking and interpersonal skills.

A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards.

Excellent people management skills are essential along with an assertive and motivated approach.
