Duties and responsibilities

You will be part of a team, responsible for delivering high quality, efficient radiographic services. You will be required to assess patients and their clinical requirements to work out which radiographic techniques to use and perform a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality images.

You will also be required to ensure the team delivers effective imaging by providing appropriate clinical leadership, educational and development expertise, help in more complex radiological examinations, working with doctors such as radiologists and surgeons and provide support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.

Who we are looking for

You will hold a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and have HPC Registration. You will have evidence of substantial CPD in clinically related and relevant subjects. You will also have previous experience as a Radiographer in an imaging department and be competent across a range of radiographic skills
