SSQ has received instruction from an elite UK law firm with regards to an opportunity for an Employment lawyer with 3+ PQE* to join the firm's practice on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
The firm have an outstanding reputation in the market with clients ranging from multinational corporations to smaller enterprises. They advice on a range of domestic and cross-boarder complex contentious and non-contentious matters.
Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of Employment law and a depth of experience in providing support on matters including:
- TUPE proceedings
- Employee incentive arrangements
- Management equity arrangements
- Remuneration regimes
- Litigious disputes
