We are delighted to be recruiting for an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experience Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN/ RNLD) to work within a beautiful nursing home based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This service is ideally situated within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. The home boasts some excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, tastefully decorated bedrooms and a lovely outside courtyard and gardens for residents to relax and unwind. The healthcare team are passionate about the quality of care that they provide and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely services in Nuneaton. This small and specialised service provides care for residents aged 55 and above with a range of physical disabilities, as well as residents with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for an experience Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to assist with the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN all considered). You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK. Previous leadership experience and experience within a similar environment is essential for this position.
