We are currently looking to recruit a Cook/Chef Manager to work in our care home based Stratton in Swindon Wilts. The home offers 36 spacious bedrooms, each floor of the home have their own lounge and dining areas.

You will be expected to prepare and serve high quality meals whilst within the set budget. You will ensure that all controls, recordings and monitoring is managed effectively.
A strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements is essential, as well as the understanding of your role in infection control. To be successful in this position you will hold a basic food hygiene certificate.
Your hours of will include alternate weekend or every weekend if convenient. 7am - 3pm
