Deputy Scheme Manager - Supported Living - Derbyshire

Role: Deputy Manager - Supported Living Service
Location: Derbyshire
Salary Circa: £20K

Amber Mace are currently recruiting for a Deputy Scheme Manager at a Flat Scheme for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems, located in Derbyshire. As Deputy Manager, you will support the manager on a daily basis, providing day to day management of the New Build Flat Scheme including management of the support worker team, development of the new scheme, operational, financial and administrative functions.

Your duties will focus on:
• Deputise for the Scheme manager and assisting with the day-to-day running of the service
• To manage the scheme in compliance with all CQC statutory requirements
• Delivery quality service to the people you support
• Ensure the health and safety of staff and scheme users, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Assist with the completion of rotas, timesheets and other business acumen

The ideal candidate for will hold the following skills/qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years` experience in the healthcare sector
• Minimum 2 years` experience in management roles within the healthcare sector
• Experience caring for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or have mental health needs.
• Able to carry out referrals and assessments and complete care plans to a high standard
