Spire St Anthony's Hospital has an excellent opportunity for an Endoscopy Lead to join and help Lead our team during an exciting period of development and expansion.
Last year we completed plans to expand Spire St Anthony's Hospital with a £60 million investment into a state-of-the-art physiotherapy centre, 6 new Operating Theatres and a 9 bedded Recovery Suite, an enlarged Sterile Services department and dedicated Paediatric facilities. This allows us to broaden our cardiac surgery programme, supported by a Level 3 Intensive Care and Cardiac Cath Lab as well as introduce Neurosurgery to our list of specialities.

Duties and responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to help manage the endoscopy service and lead the team in the provision of care for patients in a safe and caring environment. You will support the team in working in the most efficient and clinically effective way, whilst ensuring high standards of care delivered to all Spire Healthcare patients. Given the recent investment and refurbishment that has taken place, this an exciting time to join Spire St. Anthony's Hospital and work in the brand new state of the art Theatre and Endoscopy suites. The team are very dedicated individuals who encourage one another and provide additional support when required.
Who we're looking for
You will have an RN or ODP qualification with current NMC/HCPC registration. You will also hold Basic or advanced Competence/Qualifications in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination. Some managerial experience and the ability to support and lead a team whilst using your own initiative is also essential.
Previous experience within the JAG accreditation process and a teaching/training qualification is also desirable.
