RMN/RGN Staff Nurse
TGI Social Care are currently recruitng for a RGN/RMN (days) for a very established company based in the Wirral.
Our client provides nursing care for up to 40 younger people suffering from mental health conditions. We are looking for a night nurse with a passion and experience in dementia to join our friendly team.
Care at our client's service is person-centred, following an initial assessment, while staff work to encourage residents to remain as independent as possible and respect their dignity at all times. In addition, staff have the opportunity to complete additional training to learn new skills and develop existing ones.
Each staff member is fully-supervised and has an individual learning and development plan to ensure the care being delivered is professional, competent and of the highest standard at all times.
Our home has a team of activities co-ordinators who work to ensure residents have access to a varied programme of activities.
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the monitoring of the health and wellness of the residents, you will assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration, communicate with resident support services and families and maintain clinical quality assurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS.
The Registered Nurse will be a natural team player with the ability to lead when needed. Hold an up to date NMC Registration and fully maintained PREP.
Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
Passion for working with and supporting the needs of Younger Adults.
Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
You must have an up to date NMC PIN.
