We have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner role available in our Bath Lodge Practice, Southampton, with an excellent remuneration package. The details are:
- Annual salary of up to £50,000
- NHS Pension
- 40 hours per week (days/hours flexible)
- 6 weeks' equivalent annual leave
- 1 weeks' equivalent CPD leave
- Role available immediately
Within our Bath Lodge practice we have a skill mix of a Clinical Director, Salaried GP, ANPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs, We have a patient list of around 11,100 patients. Opening hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:30. Southampton is the largest city in Hampshire with excellent transport links - motorway access via the M27 and M3, trains to London Waterloo (70mins), and an international airport.
As one of our Advanced Nurse Practitioners you’ll have recent experience within a Primary Care setting, be adaptable, highly motivated and relish a challenge. You will be registered with the NMC, be an independent/supplementary nurse prescriber and hold an MSc/Post graduate diploma or equivalent. You will hold advanced assessment skills which include history taking, clinical examinations, diagnosis and initiating programmes of care.

Our central teams support the practice network across the areas of Clinical Governance, CQC, Clinical Leadership, HR, Recruitment, Practice Operations, Education & Training and Finance/Payroll. This includes management support to ensure that our ANPs feel valued and listened to. We also work in partnership with RCNi to offer nurses unlimited annual training, development and revalidation across 250 modules online.
