We are currently looking for Band 5 staff nurses to join our team in Acute/Emergency medicine.
This is an exciting opportunity which involves a rotation between our Acute Medical Unit and our Emergency Day Unit.
The Acute Medical Unit is a 54 bedded in- patient area providing care for patients admitted from the Emergency Department. We provide care for patients with a range of medical conditions including those requiring cardiac monitoring, non-invasive ventilation and the frail elderly.
The Emergency Day Unit also admits medical patients from the Emergency Department; these patients have their assessment, treatment and discharge within a 12 hour period.
