DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER / CAMPAIGN MANAGER
30K – 450 PLUS 2-3K BONUS AND SUPERB BENEFITS

You will work as part of the Client Services/Accounts handling team, responsible for delivering pro-active campaign management and project support to the Client Services Director and Account Directors on client projects. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a high levels of service is continuously provided to key clients whilst also keeping sight on continuous improvement, analysing risk and opportunity to develop progressive and innovative process.
Duties will include:
 Building and maintaining positive relationships with Account Managers and key clients, having regular project review meetings, resolving issues, keeping up-to-speed with requirements
*  Management of new work through the agency – attending workshops, organising client briefings with relevant internal colleagues, writing project plans, advising on scheduling work through the agency, managing the writing of specifications, ensuring that all deadlines on the project plan are met and that projects are delivered and invoiced on time and to budget.
*  Leading project stands ups to monitor progress of all teams.
*  Ensure JIRA boards or similar are kept up to date by all parties and reviewing with the project team. Highlight potential overruns at the earliest opportunity.
*  Assisting the Client Services Director/Account Director with scheduling and commercial decisions around project movement between clients.
*  Balancing client needs from a commercial perspective alongside client services.
*  Leading on project wash up meetings to document and communicate learnings.
*  Measuring project profitability and assisting in achieving overall project profitability targets.
*  Consistently achieving team production targets by prioritising client work through the business smoothly and efficiently in order that invoicing plans can be achieved.
*  Attending technical meetings to create a feedback loop between the technical teams and client services.
*  Maintaining a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations and ensuring these are consistently followed.

 A good balance of customer service and commercial awareness
 Experienced in the digital sector with a good understanding of the application of digital technology, creative and digital marketing solutions in the business environment.
 Unparalleled organisational skills and a natural ability to get things done.
 Experience of campaign/project management, including developing project plans, liaising with internal colleagues, external suppliers and clients to meet specific timescales and deliver on-budget.
 Proven experience of meeting financial targets.
 Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of being adept at spotting opportunities to improve processes.
 Have experience of managing key documentation and client communication and ensuring a clear audit trail of communication.
 Ability to work with minimal supervision with an ability to plan and prioritise your own time and workload to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and to the required standard.
 Have meticulous attention to detail.
 Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with colleagues, clients and management.
 The ability to see the bigger picture and take a commercial view of conflicting project elements.
 A flair for persuasion and helping colleagues understand and support your decisions.
