This role is perfect for a marketing executive who has already delivered outstanding results in their early career, and now wants to accelerate their career growth and ambition.

IMPACT> A ‘can-do’/‘whatever it takes’ mindset is crucial to thrive in a start-up environment. Multi-tasking on different priorities, while hitting deadlines, will become second nature.
So we are looking for a resourceful and over-achieving professional with solid experience, ideally proven in a tech and/or B2B and/or start-up business.
You will have unparalleled reach across global PR and marketing channels, with a mandate to deliver stretching marketing initiatives with excellence and to tight timeframes.
Aligned with our work, we expect our team to be numerate/analytical, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and use insights to help drive strategy.

• Execution across different market touch points, coordinating relevant resources (e.g. designers, writers, agencies etc.)
• Championing the brand’s design guidelines and principles, and further developing them over time
• Recruitment and development of dedicated or freelance marketing talent for specific activities and deliverables
• Ability to creatively write complex B2B marketing messages turning them into professional, simple and easy to digest communications
• Proactive mindset to help shape the strategic marketing agenda through events and appropriate investment.
