Job description: Are you able to undertake the oversight and governance of a change programme with third party providers, act as a point of co-ordination for all Business Change requests and take responsibility for the governance of contracts with suppliers? If so then we have a new role that may be of interest to you, our Client is looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract based in Edinburgh. Core requirements: Working knowledge of Investment process Experience in customer / supplier relationships in Investment Management sector Operational interactions and flows Funds and product knowledge Change/project management experience Demonstrable experience in Relationship Management Able to have robust and diplomatic dialogue with internal/external seniors Problem Solving and Monitoring skills Analysis & evaluation Commercial acumen Impact analysis - understanding impact of product and process change on service levels Core responsibilities: Identify Business Requirements and analyse in order to continuously develop process, systems and service levels in conjunction with the outsource supplier and key stakeholders within the business Collaborate with internal contacts and outsource supplier to plan changes (both regulatory and business driven) including upgrades and product development Act as a quality gate into and from TPA Oversee performance from outsource supplier in respect of Change delivery Provide expert advice and guidance to key customers on request Raise and act as escalation point into supplier for Change requests Manage internal and external stakeholders in ensuring expectations are met Provide input to management information that is produced regularly Agree and validate quotations and invoices for supplier work and track progress Control budgets and accrue costs accordingly Ensure robust governance is followed for change and new services Job reference: 11416 To apply for this vacancy applicants must be eligible to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
