HR Business Partner
Our client is a leader in providing Engineering/Construction services to marine, oil and gas and nuclear industries. A six month contract is available to start as soon as possible for a HR Business Partner to support departments or business areas in the implementation of operational HR plans and delivery of HR related projects. The HR Business Partner will be the first point of contact for Line Managers and will support HR Managers and Line Managers in operationalising, integrating and delivering HR policy and procedures and ensure employees and line management are fully aware and appraised of their legal obligation and the approach of the business to HR matters. You will channel information to and from the HR Shared Service Centre and previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous. Hours of work - 37 per week. Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.30. Friday 08.00 to 13.00. Membership to the CIPD required and would beneift from holding or working towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
