FULL SPEC ON REQUEST. We're looking for Senior Consultants, Managers and Managers excited at the prospect of being founder members of a new and already in demand consulting team in a market leading risk advisory function. As well as working on or leading a range of complex and often high risk client engagements, you'll be actively involved in the proposal process, helping the team win new business and your technical, stakeholder management and leadership qualities be developed to ensure you succeed in your role and advance in seniority within the firm. Joining at such an early stage and helping the team grow will be fantastic to experience. Responsibilities include: • Leading/managing/ delivering (depending on level of experience) cyber-related engagements with clients, including effective people management and working seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues and clients; • Building and developing long term relationships with across the firm and their clients; and • Contributing to the creation of new Cyber related services and the development of existing services. Typical engagements include: Security strategy assessment, designing and implementing security strategy, governance frameworks over processes, controls, organisation and infrastructure to management cyber security Security transformation programmes Security assessments and benchmarking Data privacy advisory/ cyber risk input to GDPR programmes Resilience and Business Continuity Cyber training, education and awareness to board level Security around emerging technology Skills and experience we're looking for includes: • A broad range of cyber experience, likely including experience across a number of areas such as certifications (such as ISO27001 or SOC2), advanced threat readiness and protection, application protection, identity and access management, incident response, information privacy and protection, cyber risk analytics, vulnerability management, war gaming; • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, including specifically a good understanding of cyber risk to both business processes and supporting technology; • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of developing strong relationships, either as a consultant or within an organisation. • Ability to solve complex problems objectively individually and as part of a team; • Broad cyber risk background including the delivery of high quality, complex projects including effective programme, project, financial and people management; and • Strong academics, including a degree or equivalent experience and relevant qualifications, for example A.Inst.ISP, CISSP, CISA etc Please get in touch to request a full job spec and discuss in confidence!
