Client Services Consultant, Permanent Job, Edinburgh City Centre, £20,000 + benefits Your new company A market leading and highly established Edinburgh based investment firm are looking to recruit an experienced Client Services Consultant to assist a busy team with all aspects of financial administration and customer service. Your new role Your day to day duties will include receiving and responding to customer queries by email and telephone and working with colleagues and peers to resolve client/account issues. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and providing feedback for the development of the website and service as well as escalating any other customer complaints and performing general administrative duties. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in applying for this role you must have an extremely high level of customer service. This is a front office role and you will be communicating with customers regularly. You must be confident in your administration skills with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn about the investment industry and undertake relevant exams, funded by your employer, to further your knowledge.
