Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Book Keeper to join a local Accountancy Practice based within the Inverness area. Your new role As a Book keeper your key responsibilities include but are not exhaustive to recording the financial transactions of a business in bookkeeping software (such QuickBooks), spreadsheets or databases, preparing and sending invoices and receipts to debtors, carrying out bank reconciliations, checking figures and reporting for accuracy and reporting any irregularities in data to management. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience previously working with a similar role and ideally within an Accountancy practice is desirable, knowledge of accounting systems including Sage and Quick books, ability to work well to tight deadlines, ability to prioritise workload and excellent organisational skills.
