SEN Teacher Specification Special needs teacher:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated SEN teacher. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and assisting with special educational needs and have the ability facilitate the special requirements of their students. This is a full time SEN school teaching position starting ASAP. Teaching upto 10 students in the classroom, covering a range of subjects.

School is an ambitious, progressive and caring independent residential and day school for young people with a primary diagnosis of SEMH. The school has huge potential and is looking to appoint a creative, forward-thinking teacher for September who shares our team's commitment to excellence and to enabling the young people to achieve their personal best, however it is defined by them or for them.

The school currently has 55 young people on roll, 10 of whom are in residential placements. At the heart of our school is a staff team who care deeply about the school and its young people, and are passionate about developing their individual skills and attributes, both academic and personal.

In Novemeber 2016 our school was rated “outstanding” in all areas by Ofsted.
