The Role: We are looking to recruit a dedicated and competent Part time Marketing Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Marketing department of my client. This role assists to ensure that the company’s strategic marketing goals are met by building relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, management of bids and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

This is a temp role and could go permanent for the right candidate.

Hours of work are 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:-

* Undertake checks on electronic web-based portals to identity possible opportunities
* Distribute downloaded tenders and clarifications from electronic web-based portals
* Assist with the completion of standardised bid documents and the proof reading of such
* Create external documentation from templates
* Assist with the continual update of the marketing library to ensure accurate material
* Liaison with the project teams to formulate project portfolios and CVs
* Order promotional branded merchandise
* Assist with the organisation of company events
* Assist with the collation of information required for company Key Performance Indicators
* Arrange meetings and background information for the management teams
* Liaison with external parties to gather information on forthcoming opportunities
* Assist with the collation of information required for the monthly staff bulletins
* Assist with the booking of networking events and travel for the management team
* Liaison with the project team to determine handover dates and the scheduling of photographers
* Update the website on an ad hoc basis
* Assist with the submission of company accreditations and certifications
* Assist and attend social value tasks and initiatives
* Co-ordinate and issue Press Releases
* Ad hoc duties in line with company requirements

Key requirements:

* Proficient in Office suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher as well as PDF writer
* Good understanding of English Language
* Interest in Marketing
* Construction knowledge is desirable but not essential

* Organised
* Willingness to learn
* Self-motivated
