A Web Designer / Digital Designer, who is bursting with creative ideas, is needed to join a digital design and development agency that creates beautiful brands and hardworking websites. Located right by Junction 12 of the M4, expect a rare opportunity to turn client needs into creative layouts, beautiful typography and original cutting-edge graphics (no coding required). This role is more than about creating original, pretty designs it about web design that makes things happen.

Due to a period of exciting growth they are now seeking a talented Web Designer / Digital Designer, with fantastic conceptual skills, to tell stories, appeal to emotions and sell stuff.
Joining as the Web Designer / Digital Designer, you will utilise your ability to understand how design can meet and solve modern marketing challenges by providing key conceptual thinking across design projects (mostly digital for B2B clients). On a day-to-day basis expect to collaborate with a talented multi-disciplined team, brainstorm creative ideas, push creative boundaries, understand client needs, design websites / web apps / emailers etc., provide key input and advice in client meetings and much more. In short, you will provide a creative hands-on approach, taking ownership of projects from conception through to completion.
To qualify. You should be a Web Designer / Digital Designer / Creative Designer / Digital Web Designer / Digitally savvy Graphic Designer / Digital Creative or similar, with a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:
- Experience in developing brands, designing websites, web apps and digital marketing materials;
- Client facing experience;
- Proven, strong conceptual skills;
- Experience using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop;
- You have an exceptional design aesthetic that enables you to produce work that displays fresh styles and techniques for every project;
- A can-do attitude and the ability to manage your own time successfully;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team or alone.
The ability to use Adobe Experience Designer would be beneficial.
