Multi-accredited Wiltshire firm seeks experienced Land and Development Solicitor.

An excellent opportunity for a Land and Development Solicitor has arisen in a top-ranking Wiltshire practice. Focusing solely on residential land and development matters, the successful solicitor will work a diverse caseload consisting of a range of conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

- General site set up and development site management
- Occasionally handling complex plot sales or assisting with sales at peak times
- Supervision of plot sales conveyancer
- Acting as point of contact for developer clients, sales staff and agents
- Handling infrastructure agreements
- Deeds of easement
- Variations or rectifications
- Assisting with acquisition work, promotion work, affordable housing and funding work
- Development finance matters

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
- Solid knowledge of all land and development matters
- Driving licence and access to your own transport is required as the role may require travel within Wiltshire and between the firm’s other offices
- Strong organisational skills
- A practical and proactive approach to solving problems
