The basics

Hours: 36 hours per week - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am to 1 pm Friday’s

Salary: £45,000-£50,000

Location: Nottingham

The ideal Lead Quality Manager will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

* Experience with data collection and analysis
* A strong background at implementing quality systems within a manufacturing environment
* Experienced in problem solving techniques (8D)
* Knowledge of 6 Sigma process beneficial
* Competent/capable of driving quality throughout a large business and manufacture

The work environment:

Clean modern purpose built manufacturing facilities with over 200 employees on site. Various manufacturing processes utilised that include CNC machining and Injection Moulding.

Overview of duties/responsibilities:

* Responsible for implementing the quality management system
* Working closely with all areas of the business to agree, set and deliver high quality standards
* Influence and drive quality within the business
